Went to krissys yesterday for a paddling pool party. Twas soooooo much fun! the walk to hers from the station wasnt actually that bad, though because it was uphill my legs did ache a fair bit. anyway after sitting around doing not very much for a while waiting for the paddling pool to be blown up and filled we got into the pool. it was just me and krissy at first but she was being a wimp so i just got in there without any fuss and called her a wuss lol. then the others came out and we decided it would be fun to play twister... in the pool. now this is the first time ive played twister and i can safely say im crap at it! but it was very fun. kate was the champion of that. we managed got hatted jon to go in the pool, though he got in with his shoes on (purposely) then he started playing twister too! Wahoo! and i have photographic proof!!! when he got out he was squelching a lot... we then stopped that for a bit, did a bit of splashing started to get wet... then krissy decided we should bob for apples. yeah thats when i got soaked. decided not to bother about the clothes and fully knelt in the water leaning in to get the apple, and i managed it! in less than two minutes. got some very wet boobs after that, ended up wandering around in my bra for a bit to let my top dry. we spent ages trying to pick jon up and chuck him in the pool, but failed miserably, then it ended up with me and jon wrestling trying to tip each other in... no one won. we eventually persuaded steve to get in the pool, but he just stood in it for a bit then got out. er got twister out again when emma and helen arrived, even more splashing. this time both emma and helen beat kate at twister. i got soaked again as i was just beginning to dry out... i started to turn into a smurf cause the dye from my skirt was dribbling out... mmm stripy blue legs. then wonder of wonders!!! I succeeded in pushing jon in the pool!!!! everyone had been trying all day and i finally did it! he then decided to get his revenge by squirting me with the hose so if i wasnt drenched before i certainly was now. thats when i decided it would be fun to give hatted jon (who was still dry) a big soggy cassie hug mwahahahahahaha! after a bit more splashing we emptied the pool and let it down and i had to leave. but god i was fun it really was! and i have lots of photos of it too!
